SW6000 Conference Management Software permette di configurare, gestire e personalizzare tutti gli aspetti di una conferenza utilizzando i sistemi conferenziali Microflex Complete o DCS6000.Offre tutte le funzioni richieste da una tipica confernza o meeting, raggruppate per funzioni simili:

  • Gestione del meeting e dell'agenda: Crea meeting con agende multi-livello, imposta la modalità meeting, e offre la configurazione di un ampio numero di dettagli e report dei meeting.
  • Gestione degli interventi: Controllo i microfoni della conferenza, il tempo degli speech, la gestione del nome e i diagrami sinottici della stanza.
  • Informazione sui partecipanti e sui ruoli: Crea e memorizza informazioni dettagliate sui partecipanti e sul loro ruolo/permessi , procedure di log-in (ID card, PIN, etc.),funzioni di messagistica e supporto multi-lingua.
  • Controlli e Interfacce: configurazione dei parametri di interpretazione, connessione a più stanze, importazione ed esportazione dell'agenda, delle informazioni sui partecipanti, come la configurazione dei componenti del sistema DCS6000 e di applicazioni di terze parti.
  • Applicazioni utilizzate dall'amministratore, dal presidente e dai delegati: include una licenza per ogni CAA Conference Administrator Application e CUA Conference User Application.
